5. As part of the project approval, Bruggeman and the developer on the north side of Birch have <br />agreed to cooperate in the financing of improvements to the intersection, including turn lanes <br />and traffic signals. The existing problem of a low level of service at the Birch/Hodgson <br />intersection will be improved with this development. When these improvements are <br />completed, traffic generation by the proposed use will be within capabilities of streets serving <br />the property. <br />Section 2 <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the City <br />Council on March 10, 2003 is hereby amended, pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning <br />Ordinance, by rezoning from R-1, Single Family Residential and R-3, Medium Density <br />Residential, to R-3 Planned Unit Development, the following described real estate: <br />land to be platted as Miller's Crossroads, except for Block 12, on the preliminary plat with <br />revision date July 1, 2003 <br />Section 3 <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously <br />amended. <br />Section 4 <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according <br />to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this (3 day of oc 6 , 2003 <br />John J. erge�s� n, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Ann Blair, City lerk <br />Ordinance 20-03, page 4 <br />
