Council Member Dahl <br />introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />03-2000 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES BY AMENDING THE HIGHLAND MEADOWS PLANNED DEVELOPMENT <br />OVERLAY AND REZONING CERTAIN ADDITIONAL REAL ESTATE FROM R-1 <br />RESIDENTIAL TO R-3 MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the City <br />Council on July 14, 1997 is hereby amended by amending the Highland Meadows PDO Planned <br />Development Overlay, created by Ordinance No. 32-97, in order to enlarge the area zoned R-3 <br />Medium Density Residential so that the expanded R-3 area includes, pursuant to the provisions <br />of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />see attached legal description <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously <br />amended. <br />III <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according <br />to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council t <br />y hel Gaustad, Clerk/Treasurer <br />6day of , 2000. <br />t✓ <br />Jo a ' Bergeson, . yor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by -- <br />Council Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell <br />The following voted against same: none <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared passed and adopted. <br />
