Council Member introduced the following Ordinance and moved <br />its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 17-00 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A PORTION OF THE LOIS LANE RIGHT-OF- <br />WAY DEDICATED AS PART OF THE MAR DON ACRES PLAT. <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA DOES <br />ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. That it is in the best interest of the City to vacate the excess right-of- <br />way shown on the attached drawing. <br />Section 2. That the City of Lino Lakes held a Public Hearing before the City <br />Council on December 11, 2000 and January 8, 2001. <br />Section 3.
