Section 3. The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the City Council on July 14, 1997 is hereby amended by rezoning <br />from R, Rural, to R-1, Single Family Residential, the following described real estate: <br />Lot 13, Block 2, Sunset Oaks <br />Section 4. As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed <br />and previously amended. <br />Section 5. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and <br />publication according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th day of June , 2001. <br />iger, Deputy Cler <br />J. Be _eson, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Dahl and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell, and Reinert <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared passed and adopted. <br />
