This municipality may adopt by reference any or all of the following optional chapters of <br />Minnesota rule: 1306, Special Fire Protection Systems with option 8a (Group M, S, or F <br />occupancies with 5,000 or more gross square feet). <br />Section 5. Effective Date of Ordinance. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and <br />publication according the to the City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council on this 14th day of May, 2001 <br />Ac\A RA <br />iger, Deputy Clerk <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Dahl and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />John Bergeson, Donna Carlson, Caroline Dahl, Jeff O'Donnell and Jeff Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />John Ber on, Mayor <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
