Councilmember Reinert introduced the following ordinance <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 18-01 <br />AN ORDINANCE OFFERING THE SALE BY THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />OF A PARCEL OF LAND TO RYAN COMPANIES US, INC. <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I. <br />The real property described as: That part of Lot 15, Auditor's subdivision No. 134, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the south <br />line of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 31, Range 22, said <br />Anoka County and the Easterly right of way line of Old Minnesota Highway No. 8; <br />thence North 25 degrees 20 minutes 54 seconds East, assuming said south line of the <br />South Half of the Southeast Quarter bears South 89 degrees 12 minutes 02 seconds East, <br />along said easterly right of way line, a distance of 397.38 feet to the point of beginning; <br />thence continue North 25 degrees 20 minutes 54 seconds East, along said easterly right <br />of way line, a distance of 46.62 feet; thence South 89 degrees 12 minutes 02 seconds <br />East, parallel to said south line of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of <br />413.00 feet; thence South 25 degrees 20 minutes 54 seconds West, parallel to said <br />easterly right of way line, a distance of 143.40 feet; thence North 89 degrees 12 minutes <br />02 seconds West, a distance of 0.57 feet; thence North 77 degrees 53 minutes 26 seconds <br />West, a distance of 61.64 feet; thence westerly, a distance of 324.52 feet, along a non- <br />tangential curve, concave to the north, have a radius of 663.33 feet, a central angle of 28 <br />degrees 01 minutes 50 seconds and a chord bearing of North 75 degrees 30 minutes 51 <br />seconds and a chord bearing of North 75 degrees 30 minutes 51 seconds West to the point <br />of beginning. <br />Except: Parcel 2, Anoka County Highway right-of-way Plat No. 17, according to the <br />recorded plat thereof. (the "Property") is owned by the City of Lino Lakes (the "City"). <br />The city council of the City has determined that the Property is no longer needed by the <br />City for any public purpose. <br />II. <br />The city council of the City authorizes sale of .90 acres of the Property to Ryan <br />Companies US, Inc. consistent with the price of the city's purchase of said property. The <br />mayor and city clerk -treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to execute such deed <br />
