ATTACHMENT A <br />(for Ordinance No. 09-03) <br />LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY <br />A permanent easement for highway right-of-way, drainage, utilities, and bikeway <br />purposes over, under and across the following described property: <br />The south 60.00 feet of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 34, <br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota. EXCEPT the East 15 rods (247.5 <br />feet) thereof. ALSO EXCEPT the tract described as follows: Beginning at the southwest <br />corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter; thence North 264.00 feet; <br />thence East 495.00 feet; thence South 264.00 feet; thence West 495.00 feet to the <br />beginning. <br />Including the right to remove all structures, trees, shrubs, grass, aggregate and herbage <br />within the above described property and to have exclusive control of the same. <br />
