b. The Community Development Director shall prepare findings and deny a <br />subdivision if the minor subdivision is found to be premature as defined by <br />the criteria of Section 1002 of this Ordinance or fails to comply with <br />regulations of the Lino Lakes Subdivision and Zoning Ordinances, as may be <br />amended, or other applicable requirements. The findings shall be sent to the <br />applicant along with information on the appeal/variance process. <br />6. Decision Appeal. The applicant may appeal a minor subdivision denial following <br />the procedures outlined in Section 2, Subd. 4 of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance. <br />7. Prior to. certification by the City of the approval of the minor subdivision, the <br />applicant shall supply the deed(s) granting to the City the lot line easements required <br />in Section 1006-3-1.p, above. <br />1006-5 RECORDING <br />If the administrative subdivision is approved by the Community Development Department, the <br />applicant shall record the deed, and the accompanying survey, in the Office of the Anoka County <br />Recorder within sixty (60) days after the date of approval, otherwise the approval of the <br />administrative subdivision shall be considered void. <br />1006-6 REPORTS TO CITY COUNCIL <br />The Community Development Department shall provide to the City Council reports summarizing <br />submitted minor subdivision applications and outcomes regarding approval or denial as they occur. <br />1006.4 <br />Lino Lakes <br />Subdivision Ordinance <br />Minor Subdivision <br />
