Council Member(`) W/VezL introduced the following Ordinance and moved its <br />adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 07-00 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING 79TH STREET REPLATTED AS HIGHLAND <br />MEADOWS WEST <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I. <br />That the following described 79th Street Road Right -of -Way, replatted within the <br />Highland Meadows West Plat is hereby vacated: <br />An easement for roadway purposes over, under and across the north 33.00 feet of the east <br />660.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 8, Township 31, <br />Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, and an easement for ingress and egress purposes <br />over, under and across the north 75.00 feet of the east 66.00 feet of said Southwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter. <br />II. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following its <br />passage and publication, in accordance with the City Charter. <br />ATTEST <br />qat -e, LS C <br />Ry hel Gaustad CMC, Clerk -Treasurer <br />erges n, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing Ordinance was duly seconded by Council <br />Member ' and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: VZ1_ <br />The following voted against same; 4)6:1; E� <br />Whereupon said Ordinance was declared passed and adopted. on May 8 , 2 0 0 0 . <br />
