On September 13, 2004, the City Council of Lino Lakes considered second reading of <br />Ordinance No. 21-04. <br />Councilmember Reinert, introduced second reading of Ordinance No. 21-04 and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 21-04 <br />AN ORDINANCE OFFERING THE SALE OF A PARCEL OF LAND <br />BY THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I. <br />The real property described as: <br />That part of Outlot C, The Village No. 1, Anoka County, Minnesota, which lies <br />southerly of the following described line: Commencing at the most southerly <br />corner of said Outlot C; thence North 64 degrees 53 minutes 10 seconds West <br />(assumed bearing) along the southwesterly line of said Outlot C 240.00 feet to the <br />most westerly corner of said Outlot C and the point of beginning of the line to be <br />described; thence northeasterly 277.76 feet along a non-tangential curve concave <br />to the north having a radius of 384.00 feet, a central angle of 41 degrees 26 <br />minutes 39 seconds and a chord bearing of North 74 degrees 02 minutes 25 <br />seconds East to the north line of said Outlot C; thence North 82 degrees 06 <br />minutes 50 seconds East along said north line 41.90 feet to the most easterly <br />corner of said Outlot C and said line there terminating. <br />This real property (the "Property") contains .47 acres and is owned by the City of <br />Lino Lakes (the "City"). The city council of the City has determined that the <br />Property is no longer needed by the City for any public purpose. <br />II. <br />The city council of the City authorizes sale of the property Fairview Health <br />Services. The mayor and city clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />a purchase agreement and other documents as may be necessary in order to sell <br />the Property. Proceeds from the sale of the Property shall be used in accordance <br />with the requirements of the city charter. <br />
