Council Member Dahl introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />Ordinance No. AA <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXCHANGE OF LAND BY THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES WITH JAMES J. AND TRACEY M. DOUGLAS <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordains: <br />The real property described in Exhibit A hereto is presently owned by the <br />City of Lino Lakes. The City Council of the City has determined that the <br />property is no longer needed by the City for any public purpose. <br />The real property described in Exhibit B herein is owned by James J. <br />Douglas and Tracey M. Douglas. Such property is needed for public <br />drainage purposes by the City of Lino Lakes. That James J. Douglas and <br />Tracey M.
