Council Member Dahl introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 05-99 <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING ROADWAY EASEMENTS DESCRIBED IN <br />DOCUMENT NO. 690358 AND NO. 682691 AND 717509 (Clearwater Creek 3rd <br />Addition, plat drawing attached) <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I. <br />That it is in the best interest of the City and the property owner to vacate the previously <br />recorded roadway easements to make way for the platting of Clearwater Creek 3rd <br />Addition. <br />II. <br />That the legal description of said roadway easement is described as follows: <br />(see insert) <br />III. <br />That the City held a Public Hearing before the City Council continued from March 22, <br />1999 to April 12, 1999 after due published and posted notice had been given on March <br />2nd 1999 and March 9th, 1999 and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be <br />heard. <br />IV. <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of i Lake . 26th day of April, 1999. <br />Sullivan, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />L—'11)4,tit.I CJI/Yl� <br />rilyn 1 Anderson, Clerk/Treasurer <br />
