Council Member Bergeson <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following ordinance and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 06-99 <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING ROADWAY, UTILITY AND OTHER <br />EASEMENTS ORIGINALLY PLATTED AS A PART OF THE ARBORLAKE <br />PLAT <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I <br />That it is in the best interest of the City and the Residents of the Otter Bay plat to <br />vacation all roadway, utility, and other easements platted with the old Arborlake Plat <br />II <br />That the City held a Public Hearing before the City Council on March 22, 1999 after due <br />published and posted notice had been given on March 2nd, 1999 and March 9th, 1999 <br />and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard. <br />III <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Counicl of the Ci <br />ATTEST: <br />fa • La <br />'ivan, Mayor <br />224d day of March, 1999. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council <br />Member r,yt Pn and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor: Bergeson, Dahl, Lyden, Neal, Sullivan <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />
