Council Member Bergeson introduced the following <br />ordinance and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 16-99 <br />AN ORDINANCE OFFERING THE SALE OF CITY PROPERTY, BEHM'S <br />CENTURY FARM PARK <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. The real property described as Lots 13 — 16, Block 2, Sunset Oaks is owned <br />by the City of Lino Lakes. <br />Section 2. The City Council of the City authorizes the sale of 2.55 acres of this park in <br />exchange for development of the remaining park area. If the development costs are less <br />than $75,000 the developer will submit the difference in cash. <br />Section 3.
