Council Member Bergeson introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 17 - 99 <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT ON LOT 2, BLOCK 1, <br />OAK BROOK PENINSULA <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain: <br />That it is in the best interest of the City to vacate a portion of the drainage and utility easement <br />containing a hockey rink as well as an area adjacent to, and 12 feet from the exterior of, the <br />hockey rink. <br />That the City of Lino Lakes held a Public Hearing before the City Council on January 10, 2000, <br />and February 14, 2000, and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard. <br />III. <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication according <br />to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day of February, 2000. <br />John Jitirighion, NFayor <br />Ry hel Gaustad, City Clerk <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell <br />The following voted against same: none <br />Whereupon said ordinance was duly passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of an ordinance duly passed, adopted and <br />approved by the City Council on February 14, 0 <br />Ry-CYeI Gaustad, City Clerk <br />
