Russell D. Melton Page 3
June 14, 1999
Inspection of the area around the hockey rink indicates the construction of the hockey
rink has had a negligible effect on drainage patterns outside of the hockey rink. This is
particularly true because the boards on the northwest end of the rink have been left up to
about four inches above grade. This allows surface water to run unimpeded under the
boards and across the rink. At distances of more than approximately 50 feet from the
hockey rink the effect of the effect on drainage patterns is zero.
Sincerely,
PROJECT ENGINEERING & MANAGEMENT, INC.
Lawrence W.
