Council Member 4yden introduced the following ordinance and moved its <br />adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 23- 99 <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING DOCUMENT # 1128982 AND # 1148602 (Trail <br />Easements for the development known as FOX TRACE) <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes does hereby ordain: <br />I <br />That it is in the best interest of the City and the property owners to vacate the previously <br />recorded easements to clarify title for the owners of Lot 1, Block land Lot 20, Block 2, <br />Fox Trace, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />II <br />That the easements documents to be vacated are recorded with Anoka County as <br />Document # 1128982 and Document # 1148602. <br />III <br />That a new permanent easement deed was signed by the property owners and filed in <br />Anoka County on October 19, 1999 correctly describing the easements to be vacated. <br />IV <br />That the City of Lino Lakes held a Public Hearing on Monday, November 22, 1999 <br />before the City Council after duly published and posted notice had been given November <br />2 and November 9, 1999 and all persons interested were given an opportunity to be heard. <br />V <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of <br />(I� <br />Ry. hel Gaustad, City Clerk <br />k- s th 3`" day of December, 1999. <br />livan, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing Ordinance was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Whereupon said Ordinance was declared passed and adopted <br />Da.hI <br />
