Council Member Bergeson <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following ordinance and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 18-99 <br />AN ORDINANCE VACATING ROAD RIGHT OF WAY AND A DRAINAGE <br />EASEMENT IN THE BEHM'S CENTURY FARM 5TH ADDITION <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain. <br />I. <br />That it is in the best interest of the City and the property owners to vacate the following <br />described properties: <br />A. Laurie Avenue between Palomino Lane and Carl Street. <br />B. The north 3' of Palomino Lane (old Thomas Avenue) between Sunset Road <br />and Mustang Lane. <br />C. A 40' wide drainage easement from a point 130 south of old Thomas Avenue <br />to the south line of Outlot B, Sunset Oaks Addition (Lino Air Park property). <br />NOTE: This easement will be replaced with an easement between Lots 11 & 12, <br />Block 3 and Lots 2 & 3, Block 4, Behm's Century Farm 5th Addition. <br />II. <br />That the City of Lino Lakes held a Public Hearing before the City Council on June 14, <br />1999 and continued to September 27, 1999 after due published and posted notice had <br />been given on June 1 and June 8, 1999 and all persons interested were given an <br />opportunity to be heard. <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lin ► a es ti th day of October, 1999. <br />Ry -Ciel Gaustad, City Clerk CMC <br />llivan, Mayor <br />
