See Attached Sketch. <br />1. Mustang Lane (old Laurie Ave) between Palomino (old Thomas Ave) and Carl <br />Street. <br />2. The north 3 feet of Palomino Lane (old Thomas Ave) between Sunset Road and <br />'a. Mustang Lane. The existing ROW is 66 feet wide. This vacation will reduce the <br />north half to 30 feet in width and allow for deeper lots on the northside of the street. <br />3. 40 foot wide drainage easement from a point on the existing east -west drainage <br />easement, which is approximately 130 feet south of old Thomas Ave, to the south line <br />of Outlot B, Sunset Oaks Addition (the Lino Air Park property) This easement will <br />be replaced with an easement between Lots 11 & 12 Block 3 and Lots 2 & 3 block 4 <br />in Behm's Century Farm 5th Addition. <br />Thank you for your assistance.
