Section 2 <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by <br />the City Council on March 10, 2003 is hereby amended by rezoning from R-1 to R-2, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, land <br />included in Lot 2 and Lot 3 on the plat for Crystal Cove. <br />Section 3 <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously <br />amended. <br />Section 4 <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of September, 2003. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was introduced by Council <br />Member O'Donnell and was duly seconded by Council Member Reinert and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Reinert, Carlson, Dahl, Bergeson <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: /) <br />Ann Blair, Cit Clerk <br />6714°12 <br />Berg on, Mayor <br />Ordinance 18-03, page 2 <br />
