Council Member Neal introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 15-98 <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE REGULATION OF ALTERATIONS TO <br />STRUCTURES CONTAINING NON -CONFORMING RESIDENTIAL UNITS <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES DOES HEREBY ORDAIN: <br />Section 1. Section 3, Subd. 2.B.9 of the Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br />(Non -Conforming Uses and Structures, Provision) is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />9. Alteration may be made to a structure containing non -conforming <br />residential units when they will improve the livability thereof, provided they <br />will not increase the number of units or expand the size or degree of the <br />non -conformity. <br />Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its <br />passage and publication. <br />ADOPTED by the Lino Lakes City Council the 14th day of Decem 1998. <br />CI <br />BY <br />ATTEST: // <br />C�i>� <br />Marilyn G.
