Commencing at a point on the South boundary of said parcel 222.96 feet West of <br />the East boundary thereof, thence West a distance of 197.12 feet, thence North at <br />a right angle a distance of 1288.05 feet to the North boundary of said Parcel, <br />thence East of distance of 197.12 feet, thence South at a right angle a distance of <br />1288.05 feet to the point of beginning, <br />All in Anoka County, Minnesota, <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. B1 shall stand as initially passed and as <br />previously amended. <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of June, 1997. <br />f)/7Marn�son CityClerk <br />Y� <br />L. Landers, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor: Bergeson, Kuether, Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: Council Member Lyden. <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
