Council Member Kuether introduced the following ordinance and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 14-97 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE BY <br />AMENDMENT TO SECTION 402.02, CONNECTIONS WITH SEWER <br />REQUIRED <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 402.02, Connections with Sewer Required of the City of Lino Lakes City Code is <br />amended as follows: <br />Remove the following paragraph: <br />If water service is also available to the property, a petition for and a connection to <br />the water system shall also be required and owner of such property shall pay all <br />assessments in accordance with the Lino Lakes assessment policies. <br />Add the following paragraph: <br />Connection to the water system shall be required within seven (7) years from the <br />later date of : <br />1. connection to the sanitary sewer system or <br />2. when the water system is available. <br />Passed this 23rd day of June, 1997 by the Lino Lakes City Council. <br />ATTEST: <br />L <br />�-e <br />Marilyn G. nderson, City Clerk <br />L. Landers, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the forgoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Bergeson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bergeson, Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers. <br />The following voted against same: None . <br />Whereupon the said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
