Council Member <br />adoption: <br />Lyden <br />introduced the following ordinance and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 15-97 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. B1 OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM R3 (MEDIUM DENSITY <br />RESIDENTIAL) TO R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL (GETHSEMANE <br />METHODIST CHURCH) <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. B1 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the <br />City Council on July 13, 1992 is hereby amended by rezoning from R3 (Medium Density <br />Residential) to R-1 (Single Family Residential) pursuant to the provisions of the <br />following described real estate: <br />That part of the Lot 1, Auditors Subdivision No. 54, A.C.M lying North of Shores <br />of Marshan Lake. According to the recorded plat thereof and lying East of the <br />line described as commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot 11, Block 1, said <br />Shores of Marshan Lake, thence on an assumed bearing of N88°56' 27" W along <br />the North line of said Block 1, a distance of 205 feet to the point of beginning of <br />the line to be described; thence N01°03' 33" E to the North line of said Lot 1 and <br />there terminating. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. B1 shall stand as initially passed and as <br />previously amended. <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day •f June. 1997. <br />Ma ilyn G.
