Council Member Lyden <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following ordinance and moved it <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 17-97 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADDRESSING THE PARKING AND STORAGE OF <br />RECREATIONAL AND UTILITY VEHICLES <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby ordains as follows: <br />Section 1, Section 3, Subd. 2 (113) of the City Zoning Ordinance (Recreational <br />Vehicle Definition) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />(113) Recreational Vehicle. A vehicle designed and used for recreational purposes and <br />enjoyment including, but not limited to, snowmobiles, motorized all terrain vehicles, <br />boats, race cars, travel trailers, truck campers, camping trailers and self-propelled motor <br />homes and all associated trailers. <br />Section 2. Section 4, Subd. 21 of the City Zoning Ordinance (Parking and Storage <br />of Motor Homes and Travel Trailers) is hereby amended to read as follows: <br />Subd. 21 Recreational and Utility Vehicle and Trailer Storage. Recreational vehicles, as <br />defined by Section 3, Subd. 2 of this Ordinance may be parked or stored on a residential <br />site provided that: <br />(1) The vehicles are registered to or rented by a resident of the dwelling on <br />such site, provided that: <br />(2) The vehicles have affixed thereto current registration or license plates as <br />required by law. <br />(3) The vehicles are stored no closer than five (5) feet from side and rear lot <br />lines. <br />(4) The vehicles located within front yard areas are confined to designated <br />driveways or parking areas surfaced in compliance with Section 8, Subd. 4 (3) of this <br />ordinance. <br />(5) All front yard storage comply with the following setbacks from street curb <br />and pavement lines: <br />
