Council Member Neal <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following ordinance and moved its <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 19-97 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CODE BY AMENDMENT TO <br />ORDINANCE 10-97, TELECOMMUNICATIONS ANTENNAS <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Ordinance 10-97, Moratorium on the Establishment, Expansion, Modification or <br />Rebuilding of any Radio Common Carrier Facility, of the Lino Lakes City Code is <br />amended as follows: <br />Add the following Section: <br />Section 9. Appeal Provisions: The City Council shall have the power to vary or <br />modify the application of any provisions in this ordinance upon its determination in its <br />absolute legislative discretion that such variance or modification is consistent with <br />current and proposed Ordinances relating to the siting of wireless communication <br />towers, equipment and facilities. <br />Save as amended, said City Code shall stand as initially passed and as previously <br />amended. <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the City Charter. <br />Passed by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes the 14th d. y of July, 1997. <br />nn � <br />Marilyn G. nderson, City Clerk <br />L.
