Council Member Bergeson introduced the following ordinance and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 20-97 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM RURAL TO R- <br />1, SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL AT 250 LINDA AVENUE <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by <br />the City Council on July 14, 1997 is hereby amended by rezoning from Rural to R-1 <br />Single Family Residential pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City <br />of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />Lots 3 and 4, Block 2, Arthur E. Thom Acres, except the east 290 feet thereof, <br />subject to easements of record and known as 250 Linda Avenue <br />II <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed as previously <br />amended. <br />III <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 2 + day of August, 1997. <br />Jo ►.
