Council Member Kuether introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 21 - 97 <br />AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING AN AUTOMATED PAWN SYSTEM <br />ORDINANCE <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, does ordain: <br />Chapter 614, Pawnbrokers/Precious Metal Dealers/Secondhand Goods Dealers ordinance <br />of the City Code was adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council on October 3, 1997. <br />Following is a summary of the provisions of that ordinance as adopted. A complete copy <br />of the ordinance is available for public review at City Hall, 1189 Main Street, Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota, between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
