Council Member Kuether introduced the following ordinance and moved its <br />adoption: <br />ORDINANCE NO. 32-97 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO <br />PDO, PLANNED DEVELOPMENT OVERLAY AND REZONE A <br />PORTION OF THE OVERLAY DISTRICT FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL, <br />TO R-3 MEDIUM DENSITY RESIDENTIAL IN THE HIGHLAND <br />MEADOWS DEVELOPMENT <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />I <br />The Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by <br />the City Council on July 14, 1997 is hereby amended by adding a PDO, Planned <br />Development Overlay to the entire Highland Meadows Development and rezoning from <br />R-1 Residential to R-3 Medium Density Residential pursuant to the provisions of the <br />Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />HIGHLAND MEADOWS <br />II <br />As above amended, said Zoning Ordinance shall stand as initially passed and previously <br />amended. <br />III <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of November, 1997. <br />CITY 0 LINO LAKES <br />BY�%�� <br />J hn Landers, Mayor <br />ATTEST: �'I <br />by i .0 .
