Council Member Kuether introduced the following ordinance <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 02-96 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. B1 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY <br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM R-1 (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) <br />AND LI (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL) TO PSP (PUBLIC, SEMI-PUBLIC) - CENTENNIAL <br />MIDDLE SCHOOL <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. B1 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the City Council on July 13, 1992 is hereby <br />amended by rezoning from R-1 (Single Family Residential) and LI <br />(Light Industrial) to PSP (Public, Semi -Public) pursuant to the <br />provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the <br />following described real estate: <br />Lot 1, Centennial Middle School Addition <br />10. <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance •No. B1 shall stand as <br />initially passed and as previously amended. <br />This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day <br />of April, 1996. <br />Z AndeP71 <br />rCityn Anderson,Clerk <br />- '1/4-0f <br />Jahn L.
