PAGE -2- <br />ORDINANCE NO. 03 - 97 <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Kuether, Lyden, Neal, Landers <br />and the following voted against same: None, Council Member Bergeson was absent. <br />Whereupon said ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted., on April 2 8 , 1 9 9 7 . <br />
