Council Member Elliott introduced the following ordinance and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1 - 95 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. B1 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY <br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM RURAL (R) TO SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL (R-1), CLEARWATER CREEK <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />I. <br />Ordinance No. B1 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the City Council on July 13, 1992 is hereby <br />amended by rezoning from Rural (R) to Single Family Residential (R- <br />1) pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City <br />of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />The NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, the SE 1/4 <br />of the NE 1/4, Section 25, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County <br />except: <br />The south 290.00 feet of the E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 <br />and the north 416.5 feet of the south 706.5 feet of the east <br />350 feet of said E 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, subject to <br />Elmcrest Avenue on the East.
