Council Member Kuether <br />Ordinance and moved its adoption. <br />introduced the following <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 03-95 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE (SIGN <br />REGULATIONS) REPEALING ADVERTISING SIGNS WITHIN THE SC, GB, LI AND <br />GI ZONING DISTRICT. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />SECTION III. Subdivision 1. is amended to read as follows: <br />"R" Rural District and "R -X" Rural Executive Residential and <br />"R -BR" Rural Business Reserve <br />SECTION III. Subdivision 2. is amended to read as follows: <br />Rural Districts: In the R and R -X and R -BR Districts all signs <br />must comply with the following: <br />SECTION II. Subdivision 2.2. (Residential District Sign <br />Requirements) is amended to add the following: <br />E. Advertising Signs: Advertising signs, as defined by <br />Section 2, Subd. 6 of this Ordinance, are prohibited in <br />the R1, R -1X, R3, R4, R6, and R7 Zoning Districts. <br />SECTION III. Subdivision 3.2. (LB District Sign Requirements) <br />is amended to add the following: <br />E. Advertising Signs: Advertising signs, as defined by <br />Section 2, Subdivision 6 of this Ordinance, are <br />prohibited in the LB Zoning District. <br />SECTION III. Subdivision 4.2. (NB District Sign Requirements)_ <br />is amended to add the following: <br />D. Advertising Signs: Advertising signs, as defined by <br />section 2, subdivision 6 of this Ordinance, are <br />prohibited in the NB Zoning District. <br />SECTION III. Subdivision 5.2. (SC District Advertising Sign <br />Requirements) is amended to read as follows: <br />C. Advertising Signs: Advertising signs, as defined by <br />Section 2, Subdivision 6 of this Ordinance, are <br />prohibited in the SC Zoning District. <br />SECTION III. Subdivision 6.2.D (GB and PSP District <br />Advertising Sign Requirements) is amended to read as follows: <br />
