Council Member Elliott introduced the following ordinance and moved <br />its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 7-95 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE B1 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY <br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM RURAL (R) TO SINGLE FAMILY <br />RESIDENTIAL (R-1) <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />Ordinance No. B1 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the <br />City Council on July 13, 1992 is hereby amended by rezoning from Rural (R) to Single <br />Family Residential (R-1), pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the <br />City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />All of lots 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 16, Block 2, Lino Air Park North lying <br />in Section 7, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota including that <br />part of Thomas Street adjacent to said lots. <br />//. <br />Save as above amended, said ordinance No. B1 shall stand as initially passed and as <br />previously amended. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and <br />publication according to the City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of May, 1995. <br />Vernon F.
