Councilmember Elliott introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 10-95 <br />AN ORDINANCE OFFERING THE SALE BY THE CITY OF LINO LAKES OF 2.3 <br />ACRES IN THE NORTHEAST PORTION OF OUTLOT A <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />The real property is described as approximately 315 feet fronting on the north side of <br />Apollo Drive and approximately 325 feet in depth, Apollo Business Park, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. (The "Property") is owned by the City of Lino Lakes (the "City"). <br />The city council of the City has determined that the Property is no longer needed by <br />the City for any public purpose. <br />The city council of the City authorizes sale of the Property to Mag -Con, Inc. for <br />$89,700. The mayor and city clerk -treasurer are hereby authorized and directed to <br />execute such deed and other documents as may be necessary in order to sell the <br />Property. Proceeds from the sale of the Property shall be used in accordance with the <br />requirements of the city charter. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following its <br />passage and publication, in accordance with section 3.09 of the city charter. <br />Vernon F.
