this ordinance. <br />a. The applicant must submit an emergency plan for <br />the safe evacuation of all vehicles and people <br />during the 100 -year flood. Said plan shall be <br />prepared by a registered engineer or other <br />qualified individual and shall demonstrate that <br />adequate time and personnel exist to carry out <br />the evacuation. <br />b. All attendant sewage and water facilities for <br />the new or replacement travel trailers or other <br />recreational vehicles must be protected ' or <br />constructed so as to not be impaired or <br />contaminated during time so of flooding in <br />accordance with Section 1103.07, Subd. 9 of this <br />ordinance. <br />1103.10 Ordinance No. 88, Flood Plain District, as originally <br />written, amended and approved is hereby deleted. <br />Effective Date. This ordinance will take effect and be in force <br />after its passage and official publication. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day <br />of July 1995. <br />ATTEST: <br />Vernon F. Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Neal and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Bergeson, Elliott, <br />Kuether, Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said Ordinance was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />22 <br />
