Councilmember Elliott introduced the following ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 16-95 <br />AN ORDINANCE OFFERING THE SALE BY THE CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />OF 3 ACRES IN OUTLOT B, APOLLO BUSINESS PARK <br />The City Council of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />The real property is described as approximately 400 feet fronting on the east side of <br />Apollo Drive and approximately 333 feet in depth, Apollo Business Park, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota. (The "Property") is owned by the City of Lino Lakes (the "City"). <br />The city council of the City has determined that the Property is no longer needed by <br />the City for any public purpose. <br />The city council of the City authorizes sale of the Property to Bill Fogerty and Custom <br />Remodelers for $117,000. The mayor and city clerk -treasurer are hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute such deed and other documents as may be necessary in order <br />to set the Property. Proceeds from the sale of the Property shall be used in <br />accordance with the requirements of the city charter. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after 30 days following its <br />passage and publication, in accordance with section 3.09 of the city charter. <br />Vernon F.
