Council Member Elliott <br />and moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following ordinance <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />ORDINANCE NO. 17-95 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICE <br />CODE 507 <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 507.04, Subdivision lA is here by amended as follows: <br />Subdivision 1A. Commercial Solid Waste Collection License No person shall collect <br />garbage, refuse or recyclables from commercial establishments, multi -family dwellings <br />or manufactured home parks in the City without first securing a commercial solid waste <br />collection license from the City. The City Council, in the interest of maintaining <br />healthful and sanitary conditions in the City, hereby reserves the right to limit the number <br />of licenses initially issued to seven (7), through attrition the number of licenses issued <br />shall decrease to four (4). (Add by Ord. 95-94, passed 4/11/94) <br />Save as above amended, Section 507 of the Lino Lakes City Code shall stand as initially <br />passed and previously amended. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication <br />according to the City Charter. <br />Passed this 13th day of November, 1995 by the Lino Lakes City Council. <br />Signed this 13th day of November, 1995. <br />Vernon F.
