Council Member Kuether <br />introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />Ordinance No. 20 - 95 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE LINO LAKES CITY CODE BY <br />CLARIFYING COMPENSATION FOR PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD <br />MEMBERS <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does hereby <br />ordain: <br />I. <br />Compensation for Member. Section 212.06 of the Lino Lakes City Code is hereby <br />amended to read as follows: <br />212.06. Compensation for Members. The Planning and Zoning Board shall receive <br />a quarterly salary of $150.00 ($50.00 per meeting) with the chair of the Board to received <br />$225.00 per quarter ($75.00 per meeting) consistent with the Mayor/Council relationship. <br />Members will not be paid for meetings that they miss. However, if a Member misses a <br />regularly scheduled meeting but attends a special Planning and Zoning Board meeting, <br />compensation will be paid for the special meeting. <br />Ii. <br />Save as above amended, said City Code shall stand as initially passed and as previously <br />amended. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect January I, 1996 after its passage and <br />publication according to the City Charter. <br />Passes by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of November , 1995. <br />Vernon F.
