All hours <br />over two hundred forty (240) at the end of the year would be forfeited. <br />An employee who has completed a minimum of one (1) year of continuous service <br />and who provides the City with a minimum of two (2) weeks of advance notice prior to <br />leaving the City's employment shall be compensated for vacation accrued and not used at <br />the time of separation. <br />
