Councilmember Kuether introduced the following <br />ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1-94 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. B1 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY <br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM PSP, PUBLIC/SEMI-PUBLIC, TO R -1X <br />RESIDENTIAL (A PORTION OF PHEASANT HILLS FIFTH ADDITION <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />I <br />Ordinance No. B1 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the City Council on July 13, 1992 is hereby <br />amended by rezoning from PSP, Public, Semi -Public, to R -1X <br />Residential, pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of <br />the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />That part of the Southeast one-quarter, Northwest one-quarter Section 27, <br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota, described as follows: <br />Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Northwest one-quarter of <br />Section 27, thence along the East line of said Northwest one-quarter North <br />01 degrees 07 minutes 04 seconds West, a distance of 60 feet to the <br />Southwest corner of Outlot A, Pheasant Hills Preserve 2nd Addition for a <br />point of beginning of the tract to be described; thence North 01 degrees <br />07 minutes 04 seconds West, along said East line of the Northwest one- <br />quarter, Section 27, a distance of 1261.61 feet to the Northeast corner of <br />the Southeast one-quarter, Northwest one-quarter, Section 27; thence South <br />89 degrees 21 minutes 14 seconds West, along the North line of said <br />Southeast one-quarter, a distance of 170.00 feet; thence South 01 degrees <br />07 minutes 04 seconds East, parallel with the East line of said Northwest <br />one-quarter, Section 27, a distance of 155.00 feet; thence South 26 <br />degrees 27 minutes 57 seconds West, a distance of 377.97 feet; thence <br />South 01 degrees 07 minutes 04 seconds East, parallel with the East line <br />of said Northwest one-quarter, Section 27 a distance of 770 feet to the <br />Northerly right-of-way line of C.S.A.H. 10 (Anoka County Right -of -Way Plat <br />No. 11), thence North 89 degrees 22 minutes 49 seconds East, along said <br />right-of-way a distance of 345.01 feet to the point of beginning. Subject <br />to easements and right-of-ways of record said tract containing 8.69 acres <br />more or less. <br />II <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. B1 shall stand as <br />initially passed and as previously amended. <br />III <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day <br />of February, 1994. <br />AT EST: <br />( 2 r ! -2 a2't �J <br />Vernon F.
