Councilmember introduced the following ordinance and moved its adoption: CITY OF LINO LAKES COUNTY OF ANOKA ORDINANCE NO. 2-94 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. B1 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM R-1, RESIDENTIAL, TO R -1X RESIDENTIAL (WHITCOMB/LAMOTTE PROPERTY) The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: I Ordinance No. B1 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the City Council on July 13, 1992 is hereby amended by rezoning from R-1 Residential to R -1X Residential, pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section a8, Township 31, Range 22 (Except that part platted as Anoka County Highway ROW Plat No. 11) and SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 28, Township 31, Range 22 and South 467 feet of the West 467' of the East 1514.8 feet of the South 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 28, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, MN. (Subject to Holly Drive) and NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 33, Township 31, Range 22 and That part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 33, Township 31, Range 22 lying southerly of the C/L of Holly Drive except roadway and subject to easements of record. II Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. B1 shall stand as initially passed and as previously amended. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication according to City Charter.
