Councilmember introduced the following <br />ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 2-94 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. B1 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY <br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM R-1, RESIDENTIAL, TO R -1X <br />RESIDENTIAL (WHITCOMB/LAMOTTE PROPERTY) <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />I <br />Ordinance No. B1 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the City Council on July 13, 1992 is hereby <br />amended by rezoning from R-1 Residential to R -1X Residential, <br />pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of <br />Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section a8, Township 31, Range 22 (Except that <br />part platted as Anoka County Highway ROW Plat No. 11) <br />and <br />SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 28, Township 31, Range 22 <br />and <br />South 467 feet of the West 467' of the East 1514.8 feet of the South 1/2 <br />of the SE 1/4 of Section 28, Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, MN. <br />(Subject to Holly Drive) <br />and <br />NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 33, Township 31, Range 22 <br />and <br />That part of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 33, Township 31, Range 22 <br />lying southerly of the C/L of Holly Drive except roadway and subject to <br />easements of record. <br />II <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. B1 shall stand as <br />initially passed and as previously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 14th day <br />of February, 1994. <br />Vernon F.
