Council Member Bergeson introduced the following Ordinance and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 07-94 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. B1 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY <br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM R - RURAL TO R -1X SINGLE FAMILY <br />EXECUTIVE (Randy Rehbein Property, 1585 Birch Street) <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES HEREBY ORDAINS AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />I <br />Ordinance No. B1 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, passed by the City Council on July 13, 1992 is hereby <br />amended by rezoning from R - Rural to R -1X, Single Family <br />Executive, pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of <br />the City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />(see attached exhibit A) <br />II <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. B1 shall stand as <br />initially passed and as previously amended. <br />III <br />This Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage <br />and publication according to the City Charter. <br />c. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this lith day of <br />May , 1994. <br />CITY OF LIN?
