ORDINANCE NO. 12 - 94 <br />Page -2- <br />(D) Setbacks: (The greater of the following:) <br />(i) <br />From streets: <br />A. Residential Street: Fifty (5) feet <br />B. Collector or Arterial Street: Fifty (50) <br />feet. <br />(ii) Front Yard: <br />A. Principal Building: Fifteen (15) feet. <br />B. Accessory Building: Ten (10) feet. <br />C. Parking Lot/Driveway: Five (5) feet. <br />(iii)Rear Yard: <br />A. Principal Building: Fifteen (15) feet. <br />B. Accessory Building: Ten (10) feet. <br />C. Parking Lot/Driveway: Five (5) feet. <br />(iv) Side Yard: <br />A. Principal Building: Ten (10) feet. <br />B. Accessory Building: Ten (10) feet. <br />C. Parking Lot/Driveway: Ten (10) feet, <br />except for the purpose of a shared access <br />on the property line of two adjoining lots <br />approved by the City. <br />(v) From Residential District: One hundred (100) <br />feet. <br />Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage <br />and publication according to the City Charter. <br />Passed this 8th day of August , 1994. <br />ATTEST: <br />Marilyn <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />Anderson, Clerk -Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ordinance was duly <br />seconded by Council Member Elliott and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Bergeson, Elliott, Kuether, <br />Neal, Reinert. <br />The following voted against same: none. <br />Whereupon said ordinance was duly passed and adopted. <br />
