Collector or Arterial Street: Fifty (50) <br />feet. <br />(ii) Front Yard: <br />A. Principal Building: Fifteen (15) feet. <br />B. Accessory Building: Ten (10) feet. <br />C. Parking Lot/Driveway: Five (5) feet. <br />(iii)Rear Yard: <br />A. Principal Building: Fifteen (15) feet. <br />B. Accessory Building: Ten (10) feet. <br />C. Parking Lot/Driveway: Five (5) feet. <br />(iv) Side Yard: <br />A. Principal Building: Ten (10) feet. <br />B. Accessory Building: Ten (10) feet. <br />C. Parking Lot/Driveway: Ten (10) feet, <br />except for the purpose of a shared access <br />on the property line of two adjoining lots <br />approved by the City. <br />(v) From Residential District: One hundred (100) <br />feet. <br />Section 3.
