<br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. B1 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY
<br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM RURAL (R) TO SINGLE FAMILY
<br />RESIDENTIAL (R-1) (BEHM'S CENTURY FARMS)
<br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota
<br />does ordain:
<br />I.
<br />Ordinance No. B1 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County,
<br />Minnesota, passed by the City Council on July 13, 1992 is hereby
<br />amended by rezoning from Rural (R) to Single Family Residential (R-
<br />1), pursuant to the provision of the Zoning Ordinance of the City
<br />of Lino Lakes, the following described property:
<br />The Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 7,
<br />Township 31, Range 22, Anoka County, Minnesota.
<br />Lots 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, Block 1, Sunset Oaks
<br />Lots 14, 15, 16, Block 2, Sunset Oaks
<br />Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, Block 4, Sunset Oaks
<br />Lots 17, 18, 19, Block 2, Lino Air Park North
<br />II.
<br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. B1 shall stand as
<br />initially passed and as previously amended.
<br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
<br />passage and publication according to the City Charter.
<br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26th day
<br />of September, 1994.
