Council Member Neal introduced the following <br />ordinance and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 02 - 92 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2 OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY <br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE FROM GENERAL BUSINESS (GB) TO SUBURBAN <br />RESIDENTIAL (SR) <br />I. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, anoka County,Minnesota <br />does ordain: <br />Ordinance No. 2 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka county,Minnesota, <br />passed by the City Council on May 24, 1983 is hereby amended by <br />rezoning from General Business to Suburban Residential, pursuant to <br />the provisions of the zoning ordinance of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />the following described real estate: <br />Outlot A, Nordin Manor <br />II. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as <br />initially passed and as previously amended. <br />III. <br />This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its <br />passage and publication according to city Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 27th <br />day of January , 1992. <br />Vernon F.
