character and impact of the proposed PUD PDO. (C) Preliminary Development Plan Approval. Based on the above information and staff recommendations, the design review board will take formal action, approving the plan with certain modifications or disapproving it. The findings of the design review board are then submitted to the city council for action at the next regularly scheduled meeting. (D) Public Hearing. A public hearing on the preliminary development plan shall be held by the design review board or city council. (E) City Council Action. The city council must take action on the application within sixty (60) days following referral by the design review board. (F) Final Development Plan. This stage finalizes the design specifics of the preliminary development plan and allows review of any additional items. The plan should be submitted for final review before the design review board through the city planner who has reviewed the plan to ensure that it conforms with the ordinance and to make sure that it does not vary significantly from the preliminary development plan. The design review board will take formal action on the plan and send it on to the city council. Following approval of the preliminary development plan, if given, the applicant shall submit ten (10) copies of the final development plan consisting of the following: (i) Proposed name of the development (which shall not duplicate nor be similar in pronunciation to the name of any plat theretofore recorded in the county) . (ii) The precise location, size, use and arrangement including height in stories and feet and total square feet of ground area coverage and floor area of proposed buildings, including existing buildings which will remain, if any.
