character and impact of the proposed PUD PDO. <br /> (C) Preliminary Development Plan Approval. Based on <br /> the above information and staff recommendations, <br /> the design review board will take formal action, <br /> approving the plan with certain modifications or <br /> disapproving it. The findings of the design review <br /> board are then submitted to the city council for <br /> action at the next regularly scheduled meeting. <br /> (D) Public Hearing. A public hearing on the <br /> preliminary development plan shall be held by the <br /> design review board or city council. <br /> (E) City Council Action. The city council must take <br /> action on the application within sixty (60) days <br /> following referral by the design review board. <br /> (F) Final Development Plan. This stage finalizes the <br /> design specifics of the preliminary development <br /> plan and allows review of any additional items. <br /> The plan should be submitted for final review <br /> before the design review board through the city <br /> planner who has reviewed the plan to ensure that it <br /> conforms with the ordinance and to make sure that <br /> it does not vary significantly from the preliminary <br /> development plan. The design review board will <br /> take formal action on the plan and send it on to <br /> the city council. <br /> Following approval of the preliminary development <br /> plan, if given, the applicant shall submit ten (10) <br /> copies of the final development plan consisting of <br /> the following: <br /> (i) Proposed name of the development (which shall <br /> not duplicate nor be similar in pronunciation <br /> to the name of any plat theretofore recorded <br /> in the county) . <br /> (ii) The precise location, size, use and <br /> arrangement including height in stories and <br /> feet and total square feet of ground area <br /> coverage and floor area of proposed <br /> buildings, including existing buildings which <br /> will remain, if any. <br /> (iii) Precise location, dimensions of all driveways, <br /> entrances, curb cuts, parking stalls, loading <br /> spaces and access aisles, and all other <br /> City of Lino Lakes Zoning Ordinance <br /> ADOPTED 7/13/92 <br /> 129 <br />
