Rezoned land shall be adjacent to <br /> the existing business district and shall extend from <br /> south to north in quarter-mile increments. From that <br /> point on rezoning shall be initiated whenever the <br /> corridor has an inventory of buildable land of no more <br /> than 200 acres. <br /> (9) Impact on Adjoining Property. To protect the rural <br /> nature of the Rural-Business Reserve District, no <br /> activity in the adjacent business zoning district shall <br /> result in the following. <br /> 1. Loud, boisterous, and disturbing noise levels. <br /> 2 . Hazardous traffic conditions. <br /> 3 . Offensive, obnoxious, and disturbing odors. <br /> 4 . Excessive litter. <br /> 5. Excessive artificial lighting. <br /> 6. Substantial decrease in adjoining property values. <br /> 7.
