Section 8. Parking for All Zoning Districts. <br /> Subd. 1. Minimum Off-Street Parking Space Requirements. In <br /> all districts, off street automobile parking space shall be <br /> provided as an accessory use in accordance with the following <br /> provisions at the time any building or structure is erected, <br /> enlarged, or expanded in height or ground coverage. <br /> (1) Rural Districts (R, R-X) All parking shall be provided on <br /> the premises. <br /> (2) Residential Districts. <br /> (A) R-1, R-1X, and R-2, Two (2) spaces per dwelling <br /> unit. <br /> (B) R-3 and R-4, Two and a half (2.5) spaces per <br /> dwelling unit. (See Section 6, Subd. 9 (g) and <br /> Section 6, Subd. 10 (8) . <br /> (C) R-6 and R-7, Two (2) spaces per dwelling unit. <br /> (3) Commercial District. <br /> (A) Neighborhood Business. <br /> (i) Convenience Grocery Store. One (1) space <br /> for each 80 square feet of retail space. <br /> (ii) Barber Shop/Beauty Parlor. Four (4) <br /> spaces for each barber chair. <br /> (iii) Laundromat. Six (6 spaces per 1000 <br /> square feet of gross floor area. <br /> (iv) Bakery. Six (6) spaces per 1000 square <br /> feet of gross floor area. <br /> (B) Limited Business <br /> (i) Professional Offices. One (1) space for <br /> every 150 square feet. <br /> (ii) Financial Institution. Four (4) spaces <br /> for every 1000 square feet. <br /> (iii) Funeral Chapel or Mortuary.
