Section 10. Penalty Section. Whoever in any manner violates <br /> or fails to comply with any of the terms of this ordinance shall be <br /> guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be <br /> punished according to state law and shall define together with the <br /> costs of prosecution.
